How did you start on your spiritual path?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for October 15, 2008:
Depression; deep dissatisfaction with my work, my life; inner conflicts daily as it related to my job and, well, me... I had to ask myself tough questions and the answers were just as tough. The biggest one was about letting go of 'job security', paying the bills, etc.
Then I did it; I wrote the letter of resignation and watched God give the nod...
Lots and lots of disobedience on my part since then, but a certainty that the Universe approves of me taking the plunge, especially when I remain open to learn. It's a lot LOT less painful then...
Shot taken while in Bristol recently...
Great days to all of us :D

Aren't clouds beautiful?

Wonderful photo… Sometimes, there are signs on the road to make us see… sometimes there are earthquakes… but all have the same purpose… to make us wonder…

Glad to have met you along the path and to be traveling with you. Great photo! Obviously, you haven't let the clouds get in your way.
Peace Seeker my friend, thank you and thank you again.
Yes, you could say I banished a bunch of clouds to find the silver lining at the back of em… And yes, there's always one even if it's a couple years down the road :D
Bless you; I enjoyed that song!

oh gosh sherri, reading your blog post answer it always hits straight home.
now i am trying to remember who recommended that book How Starbucks Saved My Life about a high paying executive who lost his job and worked as a low wage employee at Starbucks and is much happier and wrote a book about it.
I bow to your decisions.
